Obstructive Sleep Apnea Symptoms Risk Factors Diagnosis and Treatment Obstructive Sleep Apnea Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is the most common form of the condition. According to the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, over 180 million people suffer from mild to severe obstructive sleep apnea, with nearly 75 percent of those cases undiagnosed.
