Lisa moved from California to the Boulder area in 2018 and joined the Erika Lousberg Agency in 2019. She loves helping customers have a positive experience. Her passion is also showcased in the medical field. Lisa is a certified nursing assistant and a licensed phlebotomist. Outside of the agency, Lisa is an avid reader of classic literature, as well as a singer and actress who loves attending performances at the Denver Opera House.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Sharon came to Colorado as a freshman at CU Boulder and immediately made Colorado her home. Sharon joined the Agency Team in 2023 but has been a customer service professional for over 20 years. Sharon enjoys hiking and actively volunteers with alliances that focus on teens and at-risk youth. Now an empty nester, Sharon resides in Boulder County with her spouse, tiny dog and hairless cat.

Kaitlyn moved from Arizona to Boulder in 2026 and joined the Agency, bringing more than seven years of customer service experience and five years of Allstate experience to her role. She's quickly fallen in love with Colorado and enjoys hiking, visiting farmers markets, and exploring the state's scenic overlooks. Kaitlyn is passionate about helping customers find coverage solutions that fit their unique needs and takes pride in providing warm, personalized service every step of the way. She enjoys building lasting relationships and helping customers feel confident in their coverage decisions.
