I have worked with Jared for many months on many jobs all of them on my properties.I say work with him because that is what you do when you hire this firm. He consults and contributes every step of the way and is not satisfied until the work is perfect. His fees are more than fair, he goes the extra mile and he is lots of fun, very clever and attractive.
